Carolina Gómez Cardona is the Head of Distribution for Colombia and Perú. She has more than 16 years of experience in the financial market, both in product distribution and portfolio management. Previously she worked as Head of Sales at LarrainVial, Head of Equity and Alternatives at AFP Protección, and International Equity Trader at Bancolombia. Carolina has a degree in Economics and an MBA from EAFIT University.

Carolina Gómez Cardona es la Directora de Distribución para Colombia y Perú. Cuenta con más de 16 años de experiencia en el mundo financiero, tanto en distribución de productos como administración de portafolios. Previamente se desempeñó como Head of Sales en LarrainVial, Directora de Renta Variable y Alternativos en AFP Protección y Trader de Renta Variable en Bancolombia. Carolina es Economista y tiene un MBA de la Universidad EAFIT.

Cristián “Toro” Reynal es Managing Director de XLC en Argentina y Uruguay. Anteriormente se desempeñó como director comercial en Schroders, donde los activos más que duplicaron durante su estadía. Previo a eso pasó 8 años en MFS, primero en Buenos Aires como comercial siendo lideres en cuota de mercado y luego en Londres como gerente. Ha estado cubriendo el segmento de banca privada en el Cono Sur hace más de 10 años. Toro estudió Economía en la Universidad de San Andrés.

Cristián "Toro" Reynal is Managing Director at XLC for Argentina & Uruguay. He is former sales director at Schroders, where he doubled region’s AUM during his stay. Prior to that, he spent 8yr at MFS, first based in Buenos Aires where they led the region's market share and later in London as internal sales manager. Toro’s been covering the wholesale market in the Southern Cone for +10 years. He studied Economics at Universidad de San Andres.

Agustina de los Reyes es Directora de Ventas de XLC para Uruguay. Anteriormente trabajó en Citi Asesores de Inversión durante ocho años, donde supervisó y lideró el asesoramiento en inversiones para casi 100 asesores y 6bn de AUM. Antes de eso, pasó 3 años en Integración AFAP como analista de inversiones. Durante ese tiempo, también trabajó en la redacción de la sección económica del periódico local, El País. Anteriormente pasó cinco años en Willis Towers Watson, donde tuvo experiencia y diferentes roles en servicios de consultoría para empresas multinacionales.. Estudió Economía en la Universidad de la República Oriental del Uruguay.

Felipe Cárcamo is Director at XLC. Previously, he worked as Sales Director of Institutional Distribution at BTG Pactual, covering mutual funds and alternative products. Before that, he worked as Equity Fund Selection at AFP Habitat, the largest pension fund in Chile, Institutional Sales for Dimensional Fund Advisors at Capital Advisors and Client Relationship Manager in Santander Asset Management. Felipe Cárcamo holds an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and B.A. in Engineering from Universidad de Chile.

Alejandro Duartes supervise the accounting of XLC Administradora General de Fondos and the calculation of the VL of the Funds. Previously, he worked in Asset Management in the areas of Middle Office, Back Office and NAV calculation of mutual funds and investment funds in BTG Pactual Chile. Previously, Alejandro worked as a mutual and investment accountant in Larraín Vial. Alejandro has more than 11 years of experience related to accounting in AGFs. Previously, he worked as a cost accountant in companies in the productive sector. Alejandro Duartes holds a B.S. Audit Accountant and Management Control Engineering from Universidad de Chile.
